A modern, cross-platform desktop application that scrapes and downloads all media files from any website URL.
Asynchronous Downloads: Uses aiohttp for concurrent downloads (max 10 simultaneous)
Thread Safety: Scraping runs in a separate thread to keep UI responsive
Error Handling: Gracefully handles timeouts, 404s, and network errors
URL Resolution: Properly resolves relative and absolute URLs
Duplicate Prevention: Tracks downloaded files to avoid duplicates
